  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods
  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
  • We currently ship within the United States
  • Expedited shipping options (if available) apply to shipping time only and do not reduce processing time

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed
  • Badgitude is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Shipping carriers

    • Weather conditions

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout


4. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend
  • We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been processed

5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Badgitude is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly
  • We will assist with carrier inquiries when possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues
