Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
- We currently ship within the United States
- Expedited shipping options (if available) apply to shipping time only and do not reduce processing time

- Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed

4. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend
- We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been processed

- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Badgitude is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
- If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly
- We will assist with carrier inquiries when possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues
