At Badgitude, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade badge reels. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the nature of custom and personalized products:
- All custom or personalized items are final sale
- These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
Please double-check personalization details before completing your purchase.
2. Non-Custom Items
For non-custom (ready-to-ship) items:
- Returns or exchanges may be requested within [7] days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Badgitude is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
- We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery issues
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If an exchange is approved and the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only if production has not begun
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once started
